Ranch Hands Rescue, with support from the Salah Foundation, is expanding Bob’s House of Hope to take in missing and exploited youth as young as 14, while continuing to serve survivors ages 18–24. The grant funds a 90-day stabilization program providing shelter, meals, medical and dental care, case management, education, and job readines that brings homeless youth off the streets and prepares them for long-term placement.
Ranch Hands Rescue is Texas based non-profit whose mission is to provide a sanctuary for people and animals, founded on hope and healing for the long-term recovery of trauma survivors, special needs animals, and male survivors of sex trafficking.

With support from the Salah Foundation, we have expanded our continuum of care to serve missing and exploited minors ages 14–17, sustain critical services for survivors ages 18–24, and strengthen staffing capacity to meet the demands of continued growth. Through this service expansion, homeless youth will be brought off the streets, into safety, stabilized, and prepared for successful long-term placement.

Our 90-day stabilization program will provide shelter, nutritious meals, clothing, hygiene products, life skills development, intensive case management, access to medical and dental care, mentorship, physical activity, legal assistance, education, and job readiness support.

In the words out Founder, Lived Experience Expert, and CEO, Bob Williams: “This generous match grant from The Salah Foundation gives us the ability to advance a higher standard for how exploited youth are rescued, rehabilitated, and equipped for lasting recovery.

Because of this grant, we can help prepare more youth for adulthood and a life of dignity, stability, and genuine opportunity. Together, we are investing in work whose full impact will be felt for generations to come.
