Guidelines for Grant seekers
- Spell out the need and be very specific on why you are applying and what you are applying for. We want to know exactly how you will use our grant money.
- To increase your chances of a grant approval, clearly describe the program and how it will meet, solve a need, close a gap, create a cure, safe a life, and improve the overall health and well-being of your target audience.
- Always target a specific program or project for your application as we do not fund general initiatives or overhead. Please be detailed to prove to us that you have thought through successful execution and evaluation.
- Focus on return on our investment. What will success look like if your program is properly funded and implemented?
- Less is more. While it is your time to brag, we want short, powerful pitches that are convincing without being verbose.
- Receiving a grant is no guarantee of future funding.
